Who should contact us?

Anyone over the age of 18 looking for support in living their most fulfilling life with specific interest in weight, diabetes, or prediabetes-associated goals.

Can you prescribe medications?

No, pharmacists working independently without an agreement with a physician cannot prescribe medications.

Emily can answer general questions you have about medications and empower you to ask your doctor the right questions to have a meaningful discussion about your treatment.

Emily can also help you navigate the tricky world of medication coverage and access to ensure you have the tools you need to be successful.

 Do you take insurance?

No, unfortunately pharmacists are not recognized as providers of health care at the national level (though we are working on changing this!), and insurance will not cover a visit with a pharmacist.

If you have a flexible spending account, you may be able to use this benefit for reimbursement for health coaching services.

 What can you promise?

I will not judge you; we will meet you with curiosity and love always

I will teach you everything we can to help you be successful, and for what I don’t know, I will guide you in the right direction to find your answers

What area do you serve?

I find in-person meetings to be incredibly valuable, so my radius for in-home sessions is limited to the Greater Boston/New Hampshire area. I am happy to do follow up visits virtually or in person.
