About Emily

Hello, my name is Emily Vallario, and I am a high school teacher-turned clinical pharmacist-turned diabetes wellness coach.  I love teaching, I love health, and I love people.

I got into the coaching business I wanted to spend all my time helping people find what lights you up, what makes you feel beautiful, passionate, and powerful, and what awesome magic you have within you to help you manage your diabetes and live your most brilliant, fulfilling, joyful, and healthy life.

My background teaching and my knowledge of the traditional medical model allow me to provide education and guidance that is evidence-backed, and as a coach I can go a step further and meet you where you are in your journey and help you find a path forward that feels empowering and exciting. I will take you on an adventure full of love, curiosity, and general awesomeness.

My wish for every human: to know they deserve all the things the way Ellie knows she deserves all the things (especially love and snuggles).

My favorite quote:

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

“The Summer Day” by Mary Oliver
